A short film by Natalia Nahon
Memoria
When a woman living with dementia begins reliving memories of a pivotal summer from her youth, her daughter discovers that the choices buried in her mother's past closely resemble her own life today.
Irene, isolated in a care home since her daughter placed her there, starts returning to a buried and happy summer. The change in her prompts a call to Clara, who has spent years pushing forward in a state of quiet exhaustion.
What Clara finds is not a decline. It is a mirror.
